1. Comprehensive String-Level Protection

Built to handle the rigorous demands of 1000VDC solar arrays. Each incoming PV string (up to 24 strings) is individually protected by specialized, touch-safe PV fuses on both the positive and negative poles. In the event of a fault, the affected string is swiftly isolated without bringing down the entire array, minimizing maintenance costs and maximizing energy yield.

2. Premium Surge & Lightning Defense

Solar plants are highly susceptible to atmospheric electrical activity. Our combiner boxes are equipped with high-capacity, PV-specific DC Surge Protection Devices (SPD) capable of continuously withstanding up to 1000VDC. This crucial layer of defense diverts massive lightning-induced overvoltages safely to the ground, protecting your expensive central inverters.

3. Smart SCADA-Ready Monitoring

Engineered for pragmatic grid integration. The "Smart" variants of the HJ-DCB come factory-fitted with precision Hall-effect sensors. It continuously monitors individual string currents, main bus voltage, internal temperature, and the status of breakers/SPDs. Utilizing the universal RS485 Modbus-RTU protocol, it seamlessly transmits this critical data to the plant's overarching SCADA system for real-time diagnostics.

Deployed in the world's most unforgiving climates. The enclosure is available in Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel, Stainless Steel, or UV-resistant Engineering Plastic. With a strict IP65 rating, it offers exceptional resistance against water, dust, rust, and coastal salt spray, guaranteeing stable operation in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to a scorching +85°C.

Global Factory Acceptance & Delivery

Every HJ-DCB unit undergoes strict factory testing, including 100% dielectric withstand verification and physical communication port checks. The units are delivered fully pre-wired with standard MC4 solar connectors (or heavy-duty waterproof cable glands) for rapid, error-free "plug and play" physical installation on site.
