How HJATIS handles website and HJ-Skill data.

Optional analytics and enquiry attribution
Analytics is off until you choose Allow analytics in Privacy settings. If allowed, we record page paths, product and document clicks, and a random identifier for this browser tab for up to 24 hours. No advertising identifiers, form contents or URL query strings are sent with click events. If you submit an enquiry, that history may be linked to it so our team can identify useful content and record a project outcome. Anonymous click history uses a rolling 90-day analysis window; older records are deleted at the next analytics maintenance request. Enquiry follow-up records follow the retention policy below. A download click does not prove the file was fully downloaded. Your preference is kept for 180 days and can be withdrawn in Privacy settings. Withdrawal stops future collection and clears the current tab identifier; contact us to request deletion of previously linked records.
Project inquiries
When you submit an inquiry, HJATIS receives the contact, company, market, equipment and project information entered in the form, together with any file you deliberately attach. We use it to review the request and arrange a response from the relevant team.
HJ-Skill accounts and email verification
HJ-Skill registration records your name, company and email address. Country or project market, department and job title are stored only when you provide them. A business email is recommended, but personal email addresses are accepted. A short-lived verification code is sent to the email address and expires after 10 minutes. A secure session cookie keeps the account signed in. StandardBridge and TenderScope maintain separate daily usage records.
Standards-comparison inputs
The standard numbers and project parameters entered in StandardBridge are sent through the site's server to DeepSeek solely to generate that comparison. Do not enter confidential, personal or export-controlled information unless you are authorised to share it. HJATIS does not treat a generated screening as a certificate, product approval or final engineering decision.
TenderScope project files and analysis
TenderScope stores the project details and files you choose to upload in a private account workspace so it can parse documents, cross-check extracted facts and prepare editable exports. Project files and generated exports are not public and are not transferred to HJATIS sales staff unless you separately submit an inquiry and choose the material to attach. TenderScope may send the minimum extracted text needed to the configured AI service to improve clarification wording. Do not upload material you are not authorised to share.
Security and retention
Account and inquiry records are processed through server-side services and retained only for account security, relevant follow-up, the business relationship and applicable legal obligations. TenderScope project files, extracted text, results and exports are removed when the user deletes the project and may also be removed after the configured retention period. Verification codes and expired sessions have limited operational value and may be removed routinely.
