Product Concept: The HJ-GIS Series is an IEC-compliant, fully-insulated SF6 Gas Ring Main Unit. With all primary high-voltage circuits and switching components robotically sealed inside a stainless-steel tank (IP67), it offers true “Fit and Forget” performance for long-term reliability.

Applicable Scenarios: Compact Secondary Substations (CSS), heavy industrial distribution networks, underground vaults, and extreme coastal environments prone to high humidity and salt spray.

Customization Value: Featuring an infinitely modular extensible design, its compact modules (C, F, V) can be seamlessly combined and expanded on-site to match any complex Single-Line Diagram (SLD) requirement.

1. Hermetically Sealed IP67 Gas Tank

True "Fit and Forget" reliability. All main circuits, busbars, and switching components are completely enclosed in a robotically welded stainless-steel tank filled with SF6 gas at 1.4 bar. This ensures an IP67 protection level for live parts, providing absolute immunity against flooding, condensation, dust, and corrosive coastal air.

Ready for smart grid integration. Every module can be factory-fitted with motorized operating mechanisms and highly accurate current/voltage sensors. Paired with a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU/DTU), it enables rapid remote fault isolation and automated network reconfiguration to minimize downtime.
