Available in flexible internal configurations, including Linear ("I" shape) or Triangle ("T" shape) layouts, the HJ-CSS drastically minimizes the overall footprint. It provides a complete transformer and distribution system in a fraction of the space required by traditional brick-and-mortar substations.

The rugged double-layer enclosure features advanced thermal insulation and a labyrinth-style ventilation design to prevent internal condensation. Treated with premium anti-corrosion coatings, it withstands intense UV radiation, heavy rain, and corrosive environments, making it ideal for extreme outdoor conditions.

Safety is engineered into every compartment. The medium voltage section is equipped with comprehensive mechanical and electrical "5-Prevention" interlocks. Independent compartments ensure that any operational fault is localized, providing maximum safety for maintenance personnel and the public.

Designed for rapid EPC deployment, the entire substation is fully assembled, wired, and tested at our facility. This plug-and-play architecture drastically reduces on-site installation time, labor costs, and overall project CAPEX, accelerating your time-to-grid.

Global Factory Acceptance & Turnkey Support

Every HJ-CSS unit undergoes rigorous routine testing aligned with strict IEC standards before dispatch. We proudly support Remote Video FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) for our global EPC clients, ensuring total transparency.

To support diverse project logistics, this series is available as a CBU (Completely Built Unit), ready to be lifted and energized immediately upon arrival at the site.
