Built to minimize long-term OPEX. The magnetic core is precisely stacked using high-permeability, cold-rolled grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with step-lap joints. This advanced magnetic circuit design drastically reduces no-load losses and minimizes acoustic noise, ensuring highly efficient base-load operation.

3. Advanced Thermal Management (ONAN / ONAF)

Engineered for sustained heavy overloading. While base models operate silently with Oil Natural Air Natural (ONAN) cooling, our high-capacity models (10MVA to 31.5MVA) are equipped with high-efficiency radiator banks and automated fan arrays (ONAF). This forced-air cooling engages dynamically during peak demand, safely extending the transformer's thermal limits.
