1. Robust Al-Zn Modular Enclosure
The entire cabinet is constructed from premium aluminum-zinc coated steel sheets. Processed via high-precision CNC multi-folding technology and assembled with rivet nuts, it offers exceptional mechanical strength, reduced weight, and superior corrosion resistance compared to traditional welded steel.
2. Seamless Withdrawable Handcart
Engineered for perfect synchronization. The VCB handcart aligns perfectly with the cabinet structure. The high-precision track design ensures extremely smooth push-in/pull-out operations, guaranteeing 100% interchangeability of identical handcarts to minimize maintenance downtime.
3. Strict "5-Prevention" Mechanical Interlocks
Operator safety is guaranteed through a rigorous, foolproof mechanical interlocking system. It actively prevents critical misoperations, such as moving the handcart under load, closing the earthing switch when energized, or improperly accessing live compartments.
4. Compartmentalized Arc Protection
The switchgear features an IP4X external enclosure rating. Each functional zone (Busbar, VCB, Cable, LV Control) is completely isolated by grounded metal partitions with independent pressure-relief flaps, strictly containing any potential internal arc faults.
